In those days everyone talked about G92 equal to 8700. But after 8800GT announced, all of us forgot the name “8700″. But an info today form our source surprise us: 8700 still exists. But what core will it use?

It’s still unknown that the core is an OCed G98 or an downgraded G92. but NV says 8700 wont have retail version, it may only live in OEM market.
