MAXSUN unveils non-refrence HD 3850 & HD 3870

Because of HD 3850 and HD 3870 is too hot, now almost every non-reference version throw stock cooler away and use a self-design heatsink. Now MAXSUN unveils their HD 3850 and HD 3870. Don’t konw they will sell oversea but two card looks cool.
MAXSUN’s HD 3870 did not OCed, but they change the cooler as well as the memory. They said HD 3870 is using samsung’s 0.9ns 512M/GDDR4, and HD 3850 using a 0.8ns 512M/DDR3.

Sintering cooper powder heatpipe, it is a pity that we got no chance to cut and have a peak inside.

@philip
I think all HD3850 pcb are the same. You probably mean you don’t like the cooling solution?
Aesthetics are rather irrelevant for vga cards, imho. If it can clock well and stay cool, I’m all for it. And those samsung chips (0,8 ns) look promising.
