I've got the same eVGA card running on a P965 board with a C2Duo E6420@3.2GHz and it makes right at 13K on 3DMark06 at default settings. Overclocking the card doesn't make much difference, bumping the default 670/1944 to 725/2100 only increases my score to 13.25K. Dual cores running faster clocks (3.6-4GHz) can score 14-17K and fast quad core rigs post better results yet. It’s a cpu issue.
