RV635 to hit the market in Feb. 2008
Words coming out form AMD, RV635 will hit the market in Feb ,08.Β NDA deadline would be January 28th. RV635 will become HD 3650 and HD 3670. HD 3650 will clock at 600/1000MHz(core/men) and HD 3670 will clock at 800/1600MHz(core/mem).
HD 3650 and HD 3670’s GPU is a shrinked version of RV630, with 120 Stream Processing Unit,16 Texture Address Unit, 8 Texture Filter Unit and 4 ROP.It is 128bit memory interface, and the highest one may come with GDDR4.
