AMD announces mobile Radeon HD 3000 series at CES 2008

In today’s CES, AMD announced mobile Radeon HD 3800 3000 series VGA card for notebook market. Similar to regular HD 3000 series VGA card, mobile version also use a 55nm processing GPU.
The card is the first mobile VGA card that supports DirectX10.1, PCI-e 2.0 and DisplayPort. It also have integrated UVD for high-definition video hardware decode and PowerPlay to save notebook’s bettery. we can expect notebooks equips with mobile Radeon HD 3000 series to hit the market in the first half of 2008.

…that’s not true.
AMD has now unveiled its latest mobile offer the Mobility Radeon HD 3600 and 3400 series cards.
