First GeForce 9 series card to hit the market in February is NVIDIA’s GeForce 9600GT. Do not be fooled by the 8800GT-like cooler! It is only to replace 8600GT, not 8800GT.

Spy pics of AMD’s next gen RV770 PCB |
Chiphell leaks two pics of RV770’s PCB. The PCB have eight memory chip mounted but not GPU. It looks similar to HD 3850’s PCB, but the memory position and power module have some slight change.
The cooler remain unchanged. We can expect the card’s final release in some time first half of 2008.

The next gen universal connector standard have been shown in CES 2008 by USB 3.0 Promoter Group. The standard is backward capable with USB 2.0 and 1.0.
They did not show USB 3.0 in the work, but just show what it looks like. We have seem the normal connector and the socket in IDF few months earlier, but this time they show us a pic of the mini-socket.
