[Review] ForceWare 174.16 WHQL

9600GT’s debut shocks us. At first we think the card is only a weaken G92, but after the test we are wrong. The card is good in mid-to high range. But we also start to think, maybe the driver also driver also improve a lot.

Words has it that NVIDIA improved 9600GT’s data/texture compression algorithm, optimized the graphic memory usage when it equip with small memory. We think the improvement is mainly at the Driver side, because the G94 is only a G92 shrink, architecture is the same.
