Sapphire transform RV670Pro into a budget card
Finally, Sapphire rolls out their HD 3690(which we have some posts before).
As you can see, the card’s only difference with HD 3850 256MB is the memory interface, limited in 128bit. The card is only available in China, as cheap as 126 USD. If the card can sell outside China, i believe it will be even cheaper.

Not bad. You could experience decent gaming and great video with this little card.

i think sapphire will ship it to outside china too… afaik sapphire always ships all their products to all countries, if not, maybe only some countries..

For some reason most of the cripple high-end card alway came out in china first. (i.e. 8800gs)

Nice post. I learn something more challenging on different blogs everyday. It will always be stimulating to read content from other writers and practice a little something from their store.
