Confirmed: 9800GX2 Quad SLI driver won’t be released until next week

In NV’s early pic, the output exists.
A graphic card manufacturer rep told us today that 9800GX2 Quad SLI driver is still not ready yet, so NVIDIA will only release 9800GX2 with a normal driver. And the quad SLI driver will be release one week after via official website update.
Also, the optical output of 9800GX2 is canned, due to unknown reason. You can see the optical output in early picture, but in retail product the output just gone. Maybe they finally realized now every mainboard already have a optical output.

Should we reconcile, that people from nVidia responsible for drivers, are not able to release driver wich can milk bit more from SLI built of two single GPUs, so question is what i can wait from QSLI? I am nVidia positive, but this will be megabullcrap for more than thousand euro

Either they can squeeze more than 100% gain from sli, or it won’t be faster than tri ultras… but i hope that is common knowledge by now…
