Liquid clothing for your cooler: emit 10% more heat

    This stuff is applyable onto heatspreader, or which part of cooler is it? I am not lazy, but i do not know chinese or any asian language used in linked article

    Perhaps somebody will review it soon and we will learn about difference. A big tower heatsink without fan can be a good sample to try?
