3DMark Vantage launch time set on April 28

We have been talking about 3DMark Vantage from FutureMark for a long time. The latest word from the company said 3DMark Vantage will be announce in April 28.

The new 3DMark Vantage is a 100% DirectX10 application, works with Vista only. But FYI, at first they scheduled to release the application at GDC this year but failed to launch. Hope this time they can make it.

With the release date, source also mentions the application requirement:

Minimum requirement:

Intel Pentium D 3.2GHz

D3D10/SM4.0 GFX card, 256MB graphic memory

1GB System memory

2GB HDD

Win Vista

Recommended:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 or better

D3D10/SM4.0 GFX card with 512MB or more.

2GB memory

2GB HDD

WinVista

    So berichten es die Kollegen von Expreview, welche den Release-Termin von Futuremark erfahren haben wollen. Zudem werden dort auch die Systemanforderungen die der neuste Parkour voraussetzt gezeigt.

    So does this have testing for DX 10.1? If not, then it does not support the latest official Directx. DX 10.1 has already been proven to be much faster with AA.

    Do you sleep all the time? ATI is already DX10.1< so ATI an NVIDIA fans must be happy.
