GeCube HD3870 X2 X-Turbo is attractive

 

GeCube built their HD3870 X2 X-Turbo to a good looking card. YES I know the PCB is shorter, VRMs change from digital to those normal phase modules, but who cares?
The card is a OC version, the core slightly overclocked to 850MHz. It seems it will only available in Korea.

AMD 790GX spy pics leaked

 

Unika’s 790GX spy pic have been leaked on the net. Different from what we saw in Donanimhaber, the board is still an ES and without a cooler. What’s more, it got a integrated memory module, for the integrated HD 3300.

The board have two PCIe slot, and if Fudzilla is right, then the board can have a special hybrid 3-way crossfire with two limited GFX cards.

In CeBIT, lots of companies showed off their P45 mobo, but it is the first time to see a retail version of P45 and loads of details.

“DS3″ in a Gigabyte product means the product is low end. But look at this one: full solid capacitors; DES; ICH10…The price will be high at its launch.

RS780D 3-way Hybrid CrossFireX have its limitations…

 

FUD reports RS780D, the AMD 790GX supports a new hybrid corssfire, can CF with IGP and two graphics card, here is their report:

AMD’s upcoming RS780D or 790GX chipset will add support for a new type of hybrid CrossFire, as not only will the onboard graphics work in conjunction with a graphics card, but it will work with a pair of graphics cards for some very interesting CrossFireX setups.

We’re not sure how much of a performance boost you’d get from a setup like this, but an extra boost for free is never wrong. Well, free is a relative term here, as we’re not sure how many people would consider this platform when it launches, as starting out with integrated graphics and then moving up to one and then two graphics cards seems like an odd concept.”
