Review: NVIDIA GeForce 9500GT,first budget card in GeForce 9 series
â—†9500GT back to 2D/3D frequency again.
After NV turn to G80, they abandoned 2D/3D frequency, no matter what application users are using, GPU frequency is fixed. But 9500GT once again, have 2D frequency.
When it is idle, GPU will automatically lower the clock from 550MHz to 200MHz. Because Rivatuner use 27MHz for its reference clock, so the number of 9500GT there is not correct. Though GPU core clock will be lower,shader clock level keeps the same.

Can Expreview please retest with the latest leaked Nvidia Geforce 175.63 drivers? Also the GPU-Z version is very old, it’s now up to 0.2.1.
