[Review]XFX nForce 790i Ultra
Conclusion on BIOS Options

BIOS Overclocking remarks:
1. Disable Advanced Chipset Features –> CPU Configuration –> Intel SpeedStep、CPU Thermal Control and C1E Enhanced Halt State when overclocking
2. Lock PCIE frequency(We always use 100MHz/101MHz)
3. Please set DRAM Frequency sync with CPU FSB 4. Use Advanced Chipset Features –> Save timing/voltage set to save. Please Beware! High voltage may harm your computers, adjusting with caution! Overclock at your own risk!
This mobo have got a detailed and full powered BIOS. CPU voltage adjusting have steps as small as 0.00625V, just like a ROG from ASUS. But limitation of SPP voltage adjusting seems high, preventing from further overclocking.

Hi,
fist I would thank you for your great job!!!
but I have a question I hope you’ll answer me:
I’d like to buy this mobo with OCZ Flex II XLC 2 x 1 Go PC16000 and a E8500, is it a good choice to do a good overclock ?
Thanks
