Asus sues Gigabyte: let’ s meet in the court |
The battle between Asus and Gigabyte has finally entered into a legal war. Asus declared that they have reported Gigabyte’s defamatory acts to the Fair Trade Commission of Taiwan on May 22nd 2008. Hence, they have officially filed a lawsuit against Gigabyte for those defamatory acts on May 23rd 2008.
