AMD fighting for surivial: stock lower than $5
AMD’s stock price keeps jumping down, one years ago it is $16 and now it is only $5, and keep going low, CNBC hints the company needs some new blood:
“With today’s 6 percent move to the downside for Advanced Micro Devices, falling below $5 a share, the company’s stock now sits at a 16-year-low.
……
If Ruiz and team can’t figure out a way to strengthen AMD, after so much time trying, they should step aside and make way for a team that can. More is at stake here than merely the survival of AMD as a company; chip industry competition depends on it.”

something the customers have been saying all along… wake up amd. i could prolly do a better job managing ati/amd then these armatures. they may not care we need amd/ati for competition = price wars, better options, new faster tech, faster updates etc etc
