45nm Phenom overclocking test

Β Today the ITOCP continutes posting it’s 45nm Phenom test. Today’s theme is overclocking.Platform:

CPU: Engineer Sample 45nm Phenom @ 2.2GHz/2.3GHz
Motherboard: MSI-7376(RD790 SB600)
RAM: DDR2-800 1GBX2
Benchmark: SuperPI run for 1M

PS: We can see the code number now.

this Engineer Sample is factory clocked at 2.2GHz

this one is factory clocked at 2.3GHz

overclock to 2.8GHz under reference voltage, 1M PI for 25s

overclock to 3.0GHz under 1.336V, 1M PI for 23.547s

overclock to 3.2GHz under 1.424V, 1M PI for 22.219s

at last they achieve 3441.3MHz under 1.568V, 1M PI for 20.515s
