NVIDIA finally announced the 9 series entry level card: 9500GT. The card is no surprise for us since we have got our hands on with the card more earlier than its announcement.

The architecture of the G96 core looks similar to 8600GTS, but in a lower clock. So the performance of 9500GT is about ten percents lower than 8600GTS.

It is not expected that XFX, Galaxy and other big partner of NV will launch 55nm 9500GT in the first wave(right now!), while other small partners are only able to get 65nm GPUs.
