Swiftech announcing Core i7 compatible Apogee GTZ waterblock
Β

Today Swiftech announces theie new flagship waterblock, the Apogee GTZ. The new waterblock will be compatible for Intel Core i7.
There are two significant technologies on this new flagship, they’re used in both sides of the copper plate. The first is the 225 Β΅m (0.009″) micro pin matrix on the back. This design lower 20% in thermal resistance compared to the former Apogee GTX.
The second is the topographically mapped plate surface. This results in an optimized TIM joint with socket 775 & 771 processors.

Besides, Retention Mechanism allows Apogee GTZ adapting various CPUs such as Core 2 and Socket F, AM2, 940 from AMD.
The Apogee GTZ is already shipping to channel for a MSRP $69.95.

Just ordered mine this AM and I can’t wait to try it out on my Maximus II Formula and E8600. I wonder if the supplied mounting hardware for LGA775 is what we will need for Nehalem’s socket, or will we need to purchase mounting hardware separately?

I do imagine all of the principles you have introduced to your post. They are genuinely convincing and can absolutely operate. Still, the blogposts are also speedy for newcomers. Might you be sure to lengthen them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post.
