It's nice, but I really loved my Accelero S1 V2 on my 8800GT. So since I was really looking forward to the Twin Turbo, I still may purchase one of these simply for the spread cooling that the twin fans can give it. You need a ton of air on the chips, not necessarily on the cooling fins themselves from the GPU to almost the back of the vid card. Hopefully, A/C got the message on using cheap ram sinks with crappy adhesive on their Accelero S1's. By the way, it is available now from Aero Cooler for a premium price of $39.99 plus around $16 shipping. Not a good deal as far as I'm concerned.
