Lynnfield on track for Holiday Refresh 2009, Havendale purposed delay to Jan 2010

Lynnfield is not only the simplified version of the next generation high-end bloomfield, but features some northbridge function integrated as well (such as memory controller and PCIe controller). According to Intel’s Roadmap, Clarksfield(laptop version) and Lynnfield:

  • both have powered on at the end of July and have booted Linux and Windows.
  • remain on track for Holiday Refresh 2009

And we also get to know that Havendale/Auburndale which integrates GPU will be on sale in January 2010 and produce in Q4 2009. We will keep track on Intel’s roadmap and report more information in the future.

That will happen after 1 years and no one know whether intel will change it again
