Contact the nearest Tea Party in New York, and find out if they can initiate legal proceedings, including throwing out this miserable excuse for a judge. Civil suits should immediately be brought upon the US Dept of Justice. Any and every delaying tactic should be used up until then.*pjt36 is correct. NULLIFICATION. AND letting the Feds know that any fed interfering with the election will be ARRESTED, TRIED and SENTENCED to, oh, say, 10 years in prison for interfering with a LEGAL, State election. This election has NOTHING to do with the Federal government if it does not violate any voting acts. The Feds need to butt out. We are at a turning point! NULLIFICATION!!! Stop the BEAST!!! States must start arresting Federal employees for breaking State and Commonwealth law! I see no other way to halt this monstrosity of a Federal government.*Whoa! Hold on thar! Time Out!!!!!
