SSDNow E Series
SSDNow E Series mainly targets at corporation users, featuring 32GB single-level cell drive and read/write speed of 250/170MB per second. With MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) of 2 million hours, its maximum power consumption is 2.4W Active, while as low as 0.06W Sleep. The performance of E Series can be compared to Intel X25-E Series. It is expected to be sold at $1039.

SSDNow M Series
Shipping with 80GB multi-level cell drive, SSDNow M Series is designed for mobile users offering read/write speed of 250/70MB per second. The power specs for the M Series are 0.15W Active and 0.06W TYP Sleep and the life expectancy is 1.2 million hours mean time before failure. SSDNow M is available at $762.
