Exclusive Look at P897 Inno3D GeForce GTX260

 

We said the third-generation GTX260 design plan “P897/D10U-20″ would be surfaced quite soon. Compared with earlier P654 design plan, P897 plan is expected to save cost of $10 to $15, which makes the products more competitive.

Now we manage to get more details of P897 GTX260 which features reference design. This card will enter into mass production from next week, but the pricing is unknown yet.

Voltage Has Great Influence on Temperature & Power Consumption

 

Thanks to our friend privater, we’re able to check out how much influence voltage actually has on temperature and power consumption.

He used EVGA GPU Voltage Tuner software which allows him to set the voltage level.

Screenshots of Windows 7 Enterprise Build 7032

 

While we’re still excited about Windows 7 Build 7022, the screenshots of Windows 7 Enterprise Build 7032 have been unvealed by Winfuture.

Just as we can see, Windows 7 Build 7032 was created on Jan 29th (Build 6.1.7032.0.winmain.090129-1812). The new edition has intergrated with two themes of “Architectures” and “Characters”, and added 6 new wallpapers. The IE8 RC has also been updated, while the other features keep the same as Build 7022.

NVIDIA Graphics Driver Version 182.05 Released

 

With the announcement of F.E.A.R.2, NVIDIA also unleashes GeForce 182.05 Graphics Driver, and recommends gamers of F.E.A.R.2 to use this new release. Just as NVIDIA states, this is a WHQL-candidate driver for GeForce 6, 7, 8, 9, and 200-series desktop GPUs.
