Microsoft has released the Windows Vista SP2 RC and Windows Server 2008 SP2 RC. The Release Candidate Version is Build 16670 which was offered to ordinary users in five languages (English, German, French, Japanese and Spanish) or all languages including Simplified/Traditional Chinese.
