Intel P55 Chipset Postponed to October

 

Intel postponed the launch schedule of Lynnfield CPUs and P55 chipset to the end of August or the beginning of September in January as motherboard makers suffered overstocked chipset inventory caused by the economic decline. But now, it seems they’ll be delayed to an even later time, maybe October.

Radeon 4890 X2 would be the most power-hungry card on the market

AMD ever said that they had no immediate plans for Radeon HD 4890 X2, but the guys at Brightside claims the ATI partner can and will make a Radeon HD 4890 X2 with entitle from AMD Graphics Products Group. In a Youtube interview for PC Games Hardware, Sasa Marinkovic, Product Manager for Consumer platforms also confirmed the X2 part.
