Microsoft Removes 3 Application Limit From Windows 7 Starter

Microsoft has officially shared more details about Windows 7 Starter Edition, and the most refreshing news would be the company has decided to remove the 3 application limit from the Starter.

Windows 7 Starter will be available worldwide for the first time, and the users will be able to “run as many applications simultaneously as they would like, instead of being constricted to the 3 application limit that the previous Starter editions included”, according to a recent post at Windows blog.

However, Windows 7 Starter does not include the following functions:

* Aero Glass, meaning you can only use the “Windows Basic” or other opaque themes. It also means you do not get Taskbar Previews or Aero Peek.
* Personalization features for changing desktop backgrounds, window colors, or sound schemes.
* The ability to switch between users without having to log off.
* Multi-monitor support
* DVD playback
* Windows Media Center for watching recorded TV or other media.
* Remote Media Streaming for streaming your music, videos, and recorded TV from your home computer.
* Domain support for business customers.
* XP Mode for those that want the ability to run older Windows XP programs on Windows 7.

    I am just so glad that I came upon Remote Starters for Cars! It only took me about five working hours to install mine and I’m not even a mechanic!! The remote that I have with my model is pretty cool lookin too. Despite the fact that I’m considering bumping up to an alarm here soon with the 2 way remote, whatdaya think?
