Ion 2 to Have More Than Twice Ion’s Shaders?

Following the success of Ion, the Ion 2 should be coming later this year, but apparently NVIDIA does not want to talk too much about it, as it’s unwilling to ruin its own Ion business.

The Ion 2 is expected to be based on 40nm technology, and shipping with smaller chip, lower power, and even better performance.

According to Fudzilla, Ion 2 should have double or even more shaders of the Ion, which means at least 32. If this is true, Ion 2 will definitely bring much better performance.
