Intel is expected to unveil its new product roadmap as well as new technologies at the upcoming IDF which will be held in San Francisco from September 22-24, according to Digitimes.

The chip giant is likely to detail its Calpella platform for notebooks and next-generation Moorestown platform for MID products, and Intel might show engineering sample of Moorestown-based MIDs as well as revealing more details of its Medfield platform for MID in 2011.

In addition, Intel will hopefully announce more details about the cooperation with Nokia.
