Toshiba Confirms Blu-ray Players and Notebooks Coming This Year

　

Last month rumors had it that Toshiba was going to launch its own Blu-ray disc player by the end of this year, and Toshiba today announces that the company has applied for membership of Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA) and plans to introduce products that support Blu-ray format.

Intel’s Roadmap Reveals 32nm Clarkdale Specs

　

Intel unveiled its branding plan in June, but the new naming strategy is still confusing enough. We speculated the 32nm processors codenamed Clarkdale will be branded as Core i5-600 and Core i3-500 series, which has been confirmed by Intel’s roadmap leaked to our friend site IT168.com.
