NVIDIA to Demo GT300 in Late September

It looks like that NVIDIA doesn’t want to see a smooth launch of AMD Evergreen family of DirectX 11 GPUs, so the green camp is planning to demo its GT300 graphics processor to their partners and press in late September, according to Brightsideofnews.

As we reported, AMD is launching the Evergreen at the historical Hornet Aircraft Carrier on September 10th. The benchmark result will follow, and real products are expected to hit retail in October.

Anyway, it won’t be a boring autumn with the head-on conflict between the two giants.

That’s right! This is just a case of the green-eyed monster trying to rain on AMD’s parade. They are scared. They are desparate. They are just trying to keep themselves at the top of the GPU market while it still exists. Before too long, what with Fusion and it’s progeny (not to mention Intel’s tech), they will be irelevant in PCs.

They are stalling until Tegra can roll out in full force.

Then again, this is from BSNews…
