Seasonic has just launched the S12D Series power supply which is available in 750W and 850W.

The S12D series achieves the 80Plus Silver standard that guarantees an above 85% efficiency rating across 20%, 50% and 100% loading along with a true power factor of >0.9. With the DC to DC converter design and under ±3% of voltage variation rate, it’s compliant with the latest Intel ATX12V and EPS 12V specification.

Moreover, the S12D complies with Energy Star systems and reduces energy comsumption under standby, sleep and idle modes.

Cooled by a 120mm fan, Seasonic S12D 750W and 850W provide a 5-year warranty, and currently retail for $160 and $180 respectively.
