European Commission Proves Intel Decision Right

 

The European Commission has today published a non-confidential version of its Intel Decision, together with a summary of the key elements of the 1.06 billion fine.

EU said Intel broke EC Treaty antitrust rules by engaging in two types of illegal practice to exclude competitors from the market for x86 CPUs.
