Last month we had an early look to Asus’ first TUF motherboard – Sabertooth 55i, and the Taiwan website XFastest has been quick enough to grab the board on hand, and served up more juicy pictures.

TUF stands for “The Ultimate Force”, which suggests powerful capabilities. The brown-color board features 12+2 phase power supply design, and CeraM!X heatsink which provides 50% larger cooling area for maximum heat dissipation.

Besides, near the DIMM sockets slot there’re two mounting holes for the installation of a cooling fan. Boasting two PCIe x16 slots, three PCIe x1 slots and two PCI slots, the Sabertooth 55i is now available in Japan for Yen28000, which is about US$310.
