AMD Promises Better Availability of Radeon HD 5000 in Weeks

Since AMD Radeon HD 5000 series graphics cards were launched earlier this month, many posts have been claiming the lineup is hardly available. Recently, AMD admits that at present the situation with availability of the latest DirectX 11 graphics cards is improper, and promises to ship more HD 5000 in the coming weeks.

Just like HD 4770, the short supply of HD 5000 series is partly resulted by the relatively low yields of 40nm chips at TSMC.

“TSMC has made good progress with the 40nm technology. At this point our new ATI Radeon HD 5000 family is pulling on 40nm and as is always the case with the hot new product early in the launch: we are hand and mouth on supply. I expect that situation to improve over the coming weeks and months,” said Dirk Meyer, chief executive officer of AMD, according to Xbitlabs.

How is it that just anyone can publish a weblog and get as popular as this? Its not like youve said anything extremely impressive –more like youve painted a quite picture through an issue that you know nothing about! I dont want to sound mean, right here. But do you actually think that you can get away with adding some fairly pictures and not seriously say anything?

I believed it was going to become some boring previous post, however it actually compensated for my time. I will publish a link to this page on my blog. I am sure my visitors will find that very helpful.
