NVIDIA Scientist Promises ExaScale Machine in 2017

 

NVIDIA has been trying to make everyone believe the combination of CPU and GPU computing will deliver the maximum computing ability. Bill Dally, NVIDIA’s Chief Scientist has recently revealed that the company’s working on something powerful called “NVIDIA ExaScale Machine” which is scheduled to release in 2017.

We’ve just stumbled on five GeForce 3xxM-series products listed at NVIDIA’s driver download page, and they look like to be mobile parts based on Fermi architecture judging by the naming.

Intel Core i7-920 Replacement Arriving in Q1 2010

 

Intel is planning to discontinue its excellent Core i7-920 (2.66GHz) processor within the next few months, and release its replacement in Q1 2010, Core i7-930.
