The Canadian retailer A-Power has listed Intel’s Core i3-530 processor for $152.19 CAD which is scheduled for launch early 2010. Although the link is unavailable now, we managed to get some early information about the dual-core chip.
Built on 32nm Westmere architecture, Core i3-530 is clocked at 2.93GHz, shipping with 512KB of L2 cache and 4MB of L3 cache with a TDP of 73W.
Core i3-530 should be the cheapest model of the Clarkdale family, while the priciest should be the Core i5-670 clocked at 3.46GHz.
