The German site ATI-Forum has recently got a chance to have an exclusive look at MSI’s upcoming R5870 Lightning graphics card which features a jaw-dropping 15-phase power circuit and two 8-pin power connectors.

The R5870 Lightning utilizes the dual-fan Twin Frozr II cooler with four copper heatpipes and lots of aluminum fins. Boasting a GPU clock of 1000MHz, the MSI R5870 Lightning is expected to offer great overclocking performance, especially considering the fact that MSI GTX275 Lightning has already shown an impressive overclocking potential.
