Rumors have recently started to spread that NVIDIA had decided to cease the XFX’s European operations as an NVIDIA Approved Partner, but according to what NordicHardware has just learned from “a very reliable source”, the European graphics card maker is still a close partner to NVIDIA.

Report: Dual-GPU Fermi Cards to Come After Singles

 

After replacing GeForce GTX 285 and GeForce GTX 260 with two Fermi based products, NVIDIA is unleashing a high-end dual-chip Fermi card to ensure its superiority in graphics market, reports Fudzilla.

The beast dual-GPU Fermi is expected to show up by May if things go well, and ATI will be ready with its refreshed 40nm products by then. It looks like that we’ll witness another tough fight between the two companies.
