Maingear’s F1X Gaming PC to Burn Your Wallet

Maingear Computers has designed some luxurious rigs for hardcore gamers with deep pockets which go by the name F1X. Currently available through Tiger Direct.com, CircuitCity.com and CompUSA.com, the F1X systems come in three base configurations – F1X 200, F1X 500 and F1X 750. The F1X 200 features P55 platform while the other two are based on X58.
F1X 200 packs a Core i5-750 (2.93GHz) CPU, 8GB of RAM, 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black HDD, two Radeon HD 5750 graphics cards, one 22x DVD writer and runs Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. All of these are priced at $2,249.
F1X 500 features a Core i7-950 (3.3GHz) processor, 12GB of RAM, 1TB HDD, two Radeon HD 5770s, one DVD burner, and Windows 7 Professional, and you should pay $3,099 for it.
F1X 750, priced at $5,149, is coming with a Core i7-975 (3.6GHz), 12GB of RAM, an 80GB Intel SSD & a 1.5TB HDD, two Radeon HD 5870s, a 22x DVD & a 6x Blu-ray writer, and Windows 7 Professional OS.
All F1X series systems provide the X20 liquid cooling solution and backed by a one-year warranty.
