Intel’s Hexa-core Core i7-980X Extreme Edition Processor Gets Listed

Intel’s first hexa-core processor Core i7-980 Extreme Edition was reported to be released on March 16th, but the processor has been found listing at the Austrian retailer Alternate.
With a model name of BX80613I7980X, the processor features 3.33GHz clock speed, 6*256KB of L2 cache, 12MB of L3 cache, and an integrated DDR3 memory controller supporting DDR3 modules up to 1066MHz. The 32nm Gulftown-based processor sports Socket 1366, running at core voltage of 0.8-1.38V, with Max. power of 130W.
The Core i7-980 Extreme Edition retails for EUR1099, which is around US$1482.
