Fermi-based Quadro Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) Released

NVIDIA has now announced new releases of its optimized for the newest Quadro graphics processing units (GPUs) based on the Fermi architecture.

These latest versions that designed for the professional software development community, include: Quadro 6000/5000/4000, Quadro 5000M mobile GPU and Quadro Plex 7000 external ‘visualization system’.

NVIDIA claimed that they would open the door to a new generation of software which combines advanced visualization with high performance computing and simulation, 5x faster 3D performance and 8x faster computational simulation across a broad range of design, animation and video applications.

Quadro 6000 boasts 448 stream processors, core/Shader/memory clocked at 574/1148/2988MHz, 6GB of GDDR5 memory as well as 384-bit memory interface; And it has a TDP of 225W, and comes bundled with dual-DisplayPort and one DVI connectivities. And Quadro 6000 is listed with a price of $4999.

I think you should say Quadro 5000.

    Btw can you review it?
I am curious, which one is the best on CUDA / GPGPU, Geforce / Quadro? We know that Geforce is no match for Quadro on GAME. We also know that in CAD / CAM the opposite is true.

The only thing different is drivers and the amount of memory
