Corsair’s Released Hydro CPU Cooler Officially

Corsair has announced Hydro CPU Cooler officially, and is marked as Cooling Hydro Series H70.
Upgrades for H70 include a double-thickness (50mm) radiator with higher heat-exchanging capacity and a pump/cold plate unit with increased efficiency. The H70 is cooled by two 120mm speed-switchable cooling fans in a push-pull configuration to provide increased airflow at low noise levels, and it is easy for installing.
Specs and features include:
- A new improved cold-plate design more efficiently transfers heat.
- A thicker radiator increases the cooling surface area for even better cooling potential.
- Dual 120mm fans with multiple speed options that let you optimize the maximum cooling and minimum noise.
- Includes mounting hardware compatible with all modern CPU socket designs
- Radiator Dimensions: 120mm x 50mm
- Fan Dimensions: 120mm x 25mm
- Fan Speed: Selectable 1600 or 2000 RPM
- Air Flow: 50.35 – 61.2 CFM (per fan)
- Static Pressure: 1.8 – 2.3mm H20 (per fan)
- Noise Level: 26 – 31.5 dBA (per fan)

The H70 is praised by Intel Core i7 920 processor overclocked to 3.8GHz (20 x 190 MHz, 1.34Vcore), and a Asus Rampage III Extreme motherboard, which helps the H70 to grab the market shares against H50.

There is a 13° Celsius difference between the H70 and the H50 at full load, though H50 still outperforms almost every aircooler on the market, the H70 knocks it out of the part.
