AMD Readies DisplayPort to DVI Adapters
AMD introduced its ATI Eyefinity technology last year, but it’s quite expensive for consumers to build a system that supports it. AMD has finally decided to release an active DisplayPort to Single-Link DVI adapter to enable those monitors with DVI outputs to embrace Eyefinity technology.
The adapter is going to hit retail from the beginning of September, with a price tag of US$29.99.
