Crucial has recently announced an addition to the RealSSD C300 family. It comes in 1.8-inch form factor and supports SATA 6Gbps interface.

The new drives feature Marvell controller, MLC NAND chips, TRIM support and a MTBF of 1.2 million hours.

Backed by a 3-year warranty, the drives are coming available in capacities of 64GB/128GB/256GB. The read speed is 355MB/s, and write speeds are set at 75MB/s, 140MB/s, and 216MB/s. They can be purchased at US$149.99/$299.99/$599.99, respectively.
