Targeting At Desktops,AMD To Introduce Bulldozer Processors In Q2,2011

AMD has revealed some information about Zambezi,the first processor to adopt Bulldozer architecture,in the Financial Analyst Day.Firstly AMD is going to launch this processors in Q2 of 2011,targeting at desktops market,as Tcmagazine reported.
Zambezi is eight-core processor based on Bulldozer architecture,adopts 32nm manufacturing process of GlobalFoundries.In addition,it features 8MB L3 cache,AM3+ port and dual-channel DDR3 memory controller,supports Turbo Core 2.0 technology as well as up to memory frequency of 1866MHz.
AMD is going to introduce Bulldozer-based processors in the server market,including 8/12/16-core Interlagos and 6/8-core Valencia.
