Radeon HD 6500M is based on Mobility Radeon HD 5700/5600 series,it features 400 stream processors,20 texture units,eight ROPs and PCI-E 2.1 x16 bus interface.In addition,it supports Dx11,dual-card CrossFire,AMD HD3D technology,up to 24x MSAA,SSAA as well as MLAA.In addition,core frequency is between 500MHz and 650MHz with GDDR5 or GDDR3 memory,and memory frequency is 3600MHz(GDDR5) or 1800MHz(GDDR3).

Radeon HD 6300M is based on Mobility Radeon HD 5400 series,boasts 80 stream processors,eight texture units,eight ROP and PCI-E 2.1 x16 bus interface,supports Dx11,AMD HD3D technology,up to 16x MSAA,SSAA and MLAA.Core frequency ranges from 500MHz to 750MHz with GDDR3 memory,memory frequency is in the range of 1600-1900MHz.
