NVIDIA next-generation mobile graphics GeForce 500M series in the mainstream and performance market will be based on GF114 core and debut in CES,2011,as Fudzilla reported.In addition,GF114 core will also apply in GeForce GTX 560 to be released at the beginning of next year.

NVIDIA’s mobile 500 series in the mainstream and performance market is based on the upcoming GF114 chip, and the same chip will be used to build the GeForce GTX 560 in its desktop version. According to Fudzilla, a mobile version of GTX 5×0 is scheduled to appear at CES 2011.
It’s unknown yet that how NVIDIA would brand the card. GF114 comes with 64 texture units, 384 shaders, and 512 texture filtering units.
