32Gb NAND Flash Memory Contract Prices Hikes 3%-5% In 1st Half Of January

According to the latest statistics from DRAMeXchange,the contract prices for MLC NAND flash memory was in rising trend in the 1st half of January 2011.And the 32Gb memory chips got the largest rise of 3%-5%.

Prices of 32Gb MLC NAND at present stabilized between US$4.2 and US$9.3.In this period,average price was US$5.38.Meanwhile,average quoted price for 16Gb MLC NAND was US$3.56,increasing by 2.3% than that of second half of last December.

Since last November,there was not much fluctuation with prices of NAND flash memory.DRAMeXchange has earlier predicted that flash memory prices would stop to fall from last December and rebound in January of 2011.
