ASUS Unleashes ROG Rampage III Black Edition Motherboard
In CeBIT 2011,ASUS once showed off ROG Rampage III Black Edition motherboard,which is officially unveiled now.
Rampage III Black Edition motherboard adopts Intel X58+ICH10R chipset.Compared with Rampage III Extreme motherboard,it newly adds 802.11n WiFi,Bluetooth 3.0 and a combination LAN/audio card called the ROG ThunderBolt.
The ROG ThunderBolt is a dedicated LAN and audio combo card that is designed to help improve both audio and speed performance in games.
The motherboard employs six DDR3 DIMM memory slots,supports two group of tri-channel DDR3 memory and features Core i7 processor with LGA 1366 socket,delivering excellent performance for players.
In addition,the mobo employs four PCI-E x16 slots,providing support for 3-Way SLI or 4-Way CrossFireX technology.
What’s more,the mobo adopts dual-BIOS design,packs starting button,reset button and CMOS button,offers six SATA 3Gbps and two SATA 6Gbps ports.
Currently ASUS Rampage III Black Edition motherboard has released,but the launch time and pricing are not revealed.
